Prendi nota comunque che essendo prodotti artigianali fatti a mano, potremmo impiegarci più tempo per la preparazione della spedizione, al massimo 10gg. Ti terremo comunque aggiornato una volta ricevuto il tuo ordine.  Le spedizioni al di fuori dell'Europa richiederanno più tempo e potrebbero essere soggette a ispezioni doganali e a dazi  di importazione, che sono interamente a carico del cliente.

Reso entro 14 giorni:  Per avere diritto al reso, il tuo articolo deve essere inutilizzato, SIGILLATO nella confezione originale e nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto. (Ai sensi dell’art. 59 del Codice del Consumo, per motivi igienici o connessi alla salute del consumatore, è espressamente escluso il diritto di recesso relativamente a beni sigillati che non si prestano ad essere restituiti per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute e sono stati aperti dopo la consegna). Per aprire la pratica di reso, abbiamo bisogno della prova di acquisto e della prova fotografica dei tuoi articoli non utilizzati.
Il reso non può essere accettato se le fodere sono state aperte dalla confezione sigillata e/o se sono trascorsi più di 14 giorni dalla consegna. Le spese di spedizione del reso sono a carico del cliente.

Return within 14 days: To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, SEALED in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. (Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, for hygiene and consumer health and protection reasons, the right of return is expressly excluded in relation to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to having been opened or used after delivery). To proceed with the return, we will need proof of purchase and photographic proof of your unused item.
The return cannot be accepted if the sealed package has been opened or the item removed, or if more than 14 days have passed since delivery. Return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
